Cade Bolz

CADE BOLZ grew up in North Carolina. He started dancing recreationally at the age of 12 and soon moved to Pennsylvania to begin his professional training at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet under the instruction of Marcia Dale Weary.

After high school, he moved to Virginia to dance with the Richmond Ballet. He spent two years there as a trainee and was promoted to the Studio Company before his third year, before coming to First State Ballet Theater.

During his career, Bolz has performed in many ballets, including Ben Stevenson’s Dracula, George Balanchine’s Serenade, and Zachary Kapeluck’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. He enjoys teaching ballet and hopes to promote a generation of dancers with technique, artistry, and a passion for the arts. Cade is excited to be returning for his second season at First State Ballet Theatre.
