Adult Ballet Class
A traditional ballet class designed to maintain mobility, flexibility and strength. A great workout for the entire body and mind that helps adults with all level of experience connect with their body on a deeper level.
Tuesday 7:00pm-8:00pm, Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm, Fridays 6:00pm-7:00pm, and Saturdays 10:30am-11:30am
What to Wear
Any athletic clothes that you can move in comfortably. Tights, leotard, leggings, athletic tops, dance skirts are all acceptable. Please bring ballet shoes for ballet class.
Sessions: Six Weeks
Pick 1– 4 ballet classes per week.
Winter session: Six Weeks running, January 6th, 2025 – February 15th, 2025. Now Open for Registration!
Spring Session: Six Weeks running, March 3rd, 2025 – April 12th, 2025. Registration Opens in January!

FSBT maintains a policy of offering no refunds, credits or transfers of tuition. All tuition is non-refundable. Make-ups are available within each session.
